Weather Add a weather widget that shows the current day or 5 day forecast to the left side of the screen. If list of calendars is too long, it could possibly be a scrollable list.

Display the time to next event It would always be visible and let you know when the next event is ("in X minutes/hours/...") and what the event it.

Ability to edit events

Add ability to upload own background image

Allow to hide the event description from all the views, for privacy reasons.

Offer a “next 3 days” view or a customizable number of days - a full week is often too much information, and today alone is often not enough.

Can the weekends have a different shade/colour in the grid view? We tend to use the ‘next 7 days’ view, but having a visual cue to intuitively see which days are which would be very helpful.

Allow to show the next 30 days in the list view For example, if the current date is October 20th let me see all calendar items left in October plus 19 days into November.

Event titles that dynamically resize or scroll so we can use descriptive titles without them getting cut off in monthly view
